About
Welcome to Mindful Methods!
Mindful Methods began as an idea in 2023, inspired by my daily life as an 8-to-5 professional. At the time, I was juggling a daily planner and several notebooks to manage my workload, track goals, and practice journaling. Managing multiple notebooks quickly became overwhelming and I realized I needed a change to prevent burnout. With self-development and organization always being priorities for me, I began searching for a simplified tool—something designed for people who want an easy, daily way to practice these methods. After months of searching and not finding what I needed, I decided to create it myself.
I’ve always believed in the power of physically writing things down, and I knew I wanted to design a tangible product that was practical, efficient, and inspiring. Balancing a demanding schedule is challenging enough, so it was important to create a planner that fits seamlessly into a busy day without feeling like another task to complete. Drawing inspiration from countless books, podcasts, and personal development practices, I identified what worked best for me and began designing what would eventually become the Professional - a Mindful Methods Planner.
What started as a personal project quickly grew into something bigger. I realized I wasn’t alone in needing a tool like this—and in 2024, Mindful Methods was born. The first edition of our planner, The Professional, is specifically designed for corporate women who strive to stay organized, simplify their routines, and focus on meaningful personal growth.
This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I couldn’t be more excited to share The Professional with you. My mission is to continue refining and expanding the Mindful Methods collection to support your journey toward organization and self-improvement.
Your feedback is invaluable to me! If you have any comments or suggestions, I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you for stopping by, and here’s to creating a more mindful, organized, and intentional life—together.
With gratitude,
Jaclyn
